Basketball Clinic Details
To play at your highest potential, you must be intense. Not every player on the court can be the most physically skilled, but anyone can play with high intensity. Intensity is an internal skill that is built through the constant repetition of the mind and body. When the mind is trained to compete the body is built to defeat all obstacles. As fall tryouts approach, we want to get our young athletes prepared to compete, be challenged to the max, and build a winning “mentality.”
The Intensity Wins Basketball Clinic will be conducted by Demondi Johnson and the professional basketball training staff of the Legacy Hoops Basketball Academy.
Player to trainer ratio will be 9:1 or less.
